3303 Scott Boulevard Wins Silicon Valley Business Journal Structures Award for Speculative Project of the Year

Toeniskoetter Development is the proud recipient of the Silicon Valley Business Journal’s Structures Award for Speculative Project of the Year for the new Class A office building at 3303 Scott Boulevard in Santa Clara. Read more about the award and the project here.

Available for lease in December, the 83,590 square foot building features a grade-level parking structure topped by three occupiable floors with an additional 5,000 square foot outdoor plaza. 3303 Scott Boulevard is being developed by Toeniskoetter Development in partnership with Washington Capital Management. The architect is ARC TEC, Inc., the general contractor is Hathaway Dinwiddie, and construction manager is Toeniskoetter Construction, Inc. The listing agents for the property are Dan Hollingsworth, Steve Pace, Tom McGovern, and Brett Krouskup of Cushman & Wakefield.
